![]() ![]() I've seen some aftermarket ones that use a weaker plastic the "hat" of the center pin just deforms when you try to pry underneath it to pop the pin out. The OEM pins are pretty stout, but will wear out. I've taken those pins out and put them back in many times over the years, as every time I do a track event I pull the fender liners to install my brake cooling ducts. The only way they're going to fall out is if the surrounding plastic has broken away or the hole the pin goes into has gotten enlarged somehow. I've never had one of those pins fall out. If it's particularly tight, once I get a little gap with the screwdriver I'll use needle-nose pliers to reach in and grab the pin and work it out. I normally use a medium-sized flathead screwdriver to pry under the "hat" of the center pin to pop it out. ![]() The plastic push pin things can be somewhat tricky, particularly if they haven't been removed in a while. ![]()
